Hi-value products.  While our main products is nylon 6, we currently have production ability to supply over 40 different items of nylon filament yarn as well as either ATY or DTY and other processed products.  And beginning 1999, we've opened our new nylon 66 production line.

Suntex currently uses the best production machinery in the world.  Our machiney comes from such companies as Barmag, Luwa, Murata and JSW, and is fully intergraded an computerized.  This allows us to maintain high quality and stability.  Our production process has been extremely successful, and we currently hold several patents in Taiwan and have patents pending in the U.S.and Japan.

QUALTIY CONTROL-THE KEY TO SUCCESS
  Quality control is strictly controlled by special instruments that inspect tenacity, elongation, moisture and oil content.  Well-trained technicians monitor and inspect every bobbin to insure quality.

Our nylon products are superior to our competitors in the following ways:
